GENERAL TERMS OF USE
The POISON PURE SILK page is owned by “Poison Pure Silk by Eugenia Marescalco” (P.I. 02012770893 and C.F. MRSGNE88L55C351K) with registered office in Noto (Italy), in via Novara n.2.
Access to and use of the www.poisonpuresilk.com site are governed by these General Conditions of Use. Therefore access to the aforementioned site (or to other web channels such as the FB or Instagram page of the same activity, as better specified below) as well as their use and purchase of the products presented in them, presuppose reading, knowledge and the acceptance of these General Conditions of use by the customer.
TERMS OF SALE
“Poison Pure Silk” deals with the design and manufacture of pure Italian silk clothing.
“Poison Pure Silk” is a registered trademark, protected by national and community legislation on copyright and copyright (L.633 / 41 and L. 3 May 2019, n. 37).
The offer and sale of products on “poisonpuresilk.com” are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale which the customer expressly accepts with the continuation of the order.
The products purchased on the “poisonpuresilk.com” website or via the Instagram page http://www.instagram.com/poison.pure.silk or via the Facebook page www.facebook.com/poisonpuresilk are designed and manufactured by Eugenia Marescalco and sold directly by the same “Poison Pure Silk by Eugenia Marescalco” (PI 02012770893 and CF MRSGNE88L55C351K).
The consumer who intends to make a purchase order expressly declares to accept the following conditions of use.
Product prices may be subject to updates.
Once the contract has been concluded and payment has been received, the Seller will take charge of the purchase order.
The Seller reserves the right not to process purchase orders which are suspect, incomplete or incorrect, which do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or in case of unavailability of the products. In these cases, the seller will inform the consumer by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on the purchase order.
If the products presented on “poisonpuresilk.com” are no longer available in stages following the order, the Seller will notify the consumer of the unavailability of the products ordered, with the possibility of withdrawal from the purchase pursuant to the following conditions.
The incorrect communication of the measures will, in any case, be considered as an error by the customer. “poisonpuresilk.com” will not make its own the errors to be attributed to the lack of clarity of the customer or to his specific request.
ORDER CANCELLATION.
“Poisonpuresilk.com” avails itself of the right to withdraw from the order at any time, refunding the customer the full amount of the order (excluding any fees for the balance of the same) by informing him through the sales channel, without prior notice and without hiring of any moral responsibility for any inconvenience caused.
COMMERCIAL WARRANTIES: WITHDRAWAL AND VICES.
For items purchased made to measure or personalized, there is no possibility of withdrawal; in case of payment of a deposit / deposit, this will not be paid if the customer decides to cancel an order placed.
In case of withdrawal, the buyer must send the signed withdrawal form by registered letter with return receipt (to be requested at the email address poisonprojectsite@gmail.com) no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods and return the goods within and no later than 14 days from receipt, with traceable method (e.g. express or registered courier / parcel post). The reimbursement of the goods will be net of shipping costs (price ranging from 5 euros to 15 euros) and any commissions incurred by the seller (in case of purchase made through the “paypal” channel, the sum invoiced by the seller is equal to the net figure , to be verified on the tax receipt present in the package together with the goods purchased); the said refund will take place within 14 days from the return of the goods, which must not have been worn and must be in the same conditions of sale.
In case of goods returned in conditions different (even slightly) from the conditions of sale, the customer undertakes to pay the seller a lump sum determined in the double of the purchase price, by way of compensation for the damage.
In the event of purchase of products which later turned out to be different from the qualities indicated on the site, which are defective or unusable, the Seller undertakes to refund the customer the full amount of the order (excluding any fees for the balance of the same), upon simple written request by the same to be carried out no later than 14 days from the purchase, according to the aforementioned methods in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal.
DELIVERY
The products purchased on the “poisonpuresilk.com” website or via the aforementioned Instagram page http://www.instagram.com/poison.pure.silk or via the aforementioned Facebook page www.facebook.com/poisonpuresilk will be delivered to the customer at by private express courier or by “Poste Italiane Spa”, to which the Seller will deliver the goods no later than fifteen working days from the order. The parties agree and accept that the shipping service price will be € .15.00 for all shipments outside Italy (outside the EU €.35,00), while shipping within national borders will be free and, therefore , totally borne by the Seller.
PAYMENTS
Payments for the products ordered on the “poisonpuresilk.com” website or via the Instagram page http://www.instagram.com/poison.pure.silk or via the aforementioned Facebook page www.facebook.com/poisonpuresilk (and any the relative refunds of sums) will take place electronically through the “Paypal” platform.
